Three Structural Advantages
Price Disruption
Salesforce charges $75–$300/seat/month. We deploy Odoo on client infrastructure for a flat implementation fee plus modest monthly support. Clients save 60–90% while gaining more functionality.
Partner Distribution Model
Exclusive territory partners handle local sales, implementation, and client success. We earn on partner fees and deployment royalties without building a direct sales force. Capital-efficient at scale.
Client Retention Through Ownership
Clients host their own CRM. They own their data. Migrating away carries real friction — creating high natural retention without vendor lock-in that damages trust.
Company Overview
Cloud-Free-CRM was built on a simple observation: Salesforce and HubSpot have left millions of businesses behind. Per-seat pricing that made sense for Fortune 500 budgets has priced out the businesses that need CRM most — the shops running on spreadsheets, the service firms losing deals to disorganization, the manufacturers tracking accounts in email threads.
We solve this with Odoo — a full-featured, open-source CRM and ERP platform — deployed on client-owned infrastructure. No per-seat fees. No data leaving the building. Full enterprise functionality at a price small and mid-size businesses can actually afford.
Our distribution is a protected partner network. Partners acquire territory rights, complete Odoo certification training, and own client relationships in their market. They earn on implementations and support contracts; we earn a royalty on deployments.
Revenue Model
Three revenue streams: partner program fees (territory and training investment), deployment royalties (per implementation), and annual software support contracts (renewable MRR).
Partners serving both the CRM and AI divisions under one territory agreement increase revenue density without increasing our distribution cost. The multi-division structure is a key differentiator versus single-product competitors.
